About Chef Court

Born in South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Reservation he is from the Oglala Lakota Tribe. Court moved to Florida in 1989 and grew up on Marco Island where he discovered his love for food and cooking. After moving to Naples, he started his culinary journey.

He has worked with many restaurants in Naples including many on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street

He is now an Experienced Executive Chef available for private catering, cooking classes in your home, Chef Tables, meal planning and restaurant consulting.
